This event is designed to provide a platform for executive financial decision makers in Emerging Europe & CIS.
A well-balanced mixture of corporate finance workshops on the one hand and intellectually challenging keynote addresses by writers, artists, internationally successful athletes, journalists, scientists and politicians on the other will make the event a unique source of strategic inspiration.
The CFO Summit is to become the leading European gathering of Chief Financial Officers of Emerging Europe. In 2008 and 2009 over 200 financial executives discussed their corporate finance experiences and M&A strategies during workshops and plenary sessions. In 2009, the title "CFO of the year Emerging Europe" was awarded to Haluk Dortluoglu, CFO of Turkish discount chain BIM, for his outstanding achievements in performance and liquidity management.
